We represent talent across all categories including high fashion, commercial, editorial, swimwear, fitness, runway, print, and digital/influencer modeling. We also manage actors for commercial and film work.

We represent talent ages 16 and up. Models under 18 require parental or guardian consent and must comply with Kazahstan child labor laws. We have a dedicated New Faces division for younger talent.

Rosa Mere operates on a commission-based model for represented talent. We do not charge upfront registration fees. Our pricing plans are for portfolio development, coaching, and career management services.

We take a standard industry commission of 20% on bookings we secure for our represented talent. This is only charged when you book paid work through us. Exact terms are outlined in each talent's individual contract.

Arrive with minimal makeup, fitted clothing, and your comp card or portfolio. Our team will take digitals, assess your walk, and discuss your goals. Open calls are held every first Saturday of the month at our Almaty Beach office.

This depends on your contract type. Exclusive contracts require working solely through us, while non-exclusive or freelance arrangements allow working with mother agencies in other markets. We will clarify this during onboarding.

While based in Almaty, we book talent nationally and internationally. We have strong relationships with partner agencies in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, and Milan for cross-market placements.

Timelines vary by individual. Some talent book within weeks; others may take a few months as we build your portfolio and brand. Our team works proactively to match you with suitable opportunities as soon as you are roster-ready.

For major bookings, clients typically cover travel and accommodation expenses. For development opportunities, talent may need to cover some costs initially. We always negotiate the best possible terms for our talent.
